Dandelion Music Festival

As a fan of electronic dance music, it was thrilling to learn that Syracuse would soon have its very own music festival. It was great to be able to attend and enjoy a variety of music in the heart of Syracuse while also having the chance to see a bright future for the social media app Lomotif. In addition to great music, the Dandelion Music Festival also featured booths for talent to be discovered; this reinforced Lomotif’s musical focus and highlights the app’s fame potential.

100 years of Camp Kingsley

Ever since I was a kid, Camp Kingsley has always been and remains one of my most favorite places on planet earth. Now, after many years of taking video and photos, I have had the honor of producing Camp Kingsley’s 100 anniversary video. This video has made many cry (including myself) as it has been presented at Camp Kingsley’s groundbreaking ceremony for their new welcome center and has been even featured on the Facebook page of the national magazine Scout Life.

Fenner Renewable Energy Education Center Youth Tour

The Fenner Renewable Energy Education Center (F.R.E.E. Center) is a place where science and technology come to life, where kids can learn about renewable energy sources by standing right next to them. I was commissioned by the F.R.E.E. Center after they had caught wind (pun intended) of my successful mini documentary that I had created for the Cazenovia Public Library and Museum. The F.R.E.E. Center’s goal was to produce a video that would act as a resource to teachers while they taught classes on renewable energy and to entice schools to run field trips to the the F.R.E.E. Center. It was a blast to work with Phil Rose and Zak Winokur to create this information packed film and I know that the F.R.E.E. Center will put it to good use as hundreds of children and adults alike come to visit.

Cub Scout 2021 Camp Kickoff

One of the first and largest projects I worked on as the Assistant Marketer for the Boy Scouts of America, Leatherstocking Council in Utica was the Camp Kickoff promotions and webinar. Camp Kickoff during a regular year would be an in-person council-wide presentation that would feature what to look forward to in the coming camping season as winter breaks. For the most part it would show what is new at Camp Kingsley and Camp Henderson for youth summer camps. Since the presentation couldn’t be done in person, I was tasked with filming, producing, and digitally presenting the presentation. I organized and worked with each presenter to create video presentations that were as concise as they were informative.
